You will also be able to gain information on how to remove your personal data. This policy applies our website, purchases of products, signups for newsletters and other subscriptions.

When do we collect personal data?
We will collect the vast majority of data about you when you consent to email communications via our webforms, buy a product or recording or when you contact us or report a problem to us, or complete a survey that we use for research purposes. If you have donated to One Solution Foundation we also keep that data both for our purposes and for yours.
How do we use your data?

- To provide you with the information you have requested, such as about programmes that you have signed up for, and for customer administration. This processing is necessary to meet our contractual obligations to you or to take steps requested by you prior to entering into a contract.

We do this only where you have specifically indicated that you consent to receive such communications, for example, by ticking a box or through some other action, or by volunteering non-mandatory information.
- For purposes arising from your use of this website, including personalising our service to you and ensuring that content from our site is presented in the most effective manner for you and your computer. This processing occurs because it is necessary to meet our legitimate interests in operating this website.
- If you have shown interest or opted/subscribed in One Solutions videos, audio, articles, newsletter, products, courses, seminars, webinars, podcasts etc, and visited our website, this information can be stored by Google Analytics or Facebook, and use to show/retarget paid advertising to you on platforms that have this option.(like facebook, google, youtube or websites with advertising banners). We do this to show you the information content and products you have already shown interest in.
- If you have donated, our purpose is to keep communication with you on how your donation was used and of the progress of the Non Profit. This is also to meet internal audit requirements.
You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at [email protected] or by unsubscribing to to email-list. In this event, we will stop any processing as soon as we can. However, this will not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out before your withdrawal of consent and if you purchased a product you may no longer be able to use the site in the same way you did before.

We will only process your personal data for the purposes for which we collected it unless we reasonably consider that we need to use it for another related reason and that reason is compatible with the original purpose. If we need to use your data for an unrelated purpose, we will seek your consent to use it for that new purpose. We may store data collected by the website manually or electronically. The data is stored on our secure servers and/or in our premises within the USA. As of May 25th 2018 we share all our newsletter and lists on 3rd party autoresponderservices, online platform for delivery of courses and trainings and CRM/Productivity tools.
