WHAT YOU'LL EXPERIENCE IN THIS COURSE …

WEEK 1 – THE FOUNDATION OF ACCELERATING CHANGE

This opening lesson sets the stage for a transformative journey. You’ll explore the foundations of change, discover powerful tips to get the most out of the course, and learn how deep listening and mindset shape your impact. With practical tools like the Triangle of Change and the Pyramid Framework, you’ll be equipped to move from stuck to inspired action.

WEEK 2 – THE HUMAN MIND AND THE WORLD

In Week 2, you’ll explore how humans create their reality through thought and perception, and why this understanding is key to meaningful change. Using simple metaphors and real-life examples, the lesson reveals how resilience, wellbeing, and transformation are natural, built-in capacities. Change isn’t hard, it’s closer and simpler than you think.

WEEK 3 – INDIVIDUAL AND COMMUNITY CHANGE

In Week 3, we shift from understanding to application—seeing how insights about the mind create real change in individuals and communities. Through powerful stories and interviews from our work in Chicago, you’ll meet youth leaders and changemakers like Dajohn and Prince, who are transforming lives by uncovering the resilience and potential within others. This week brings the concepts to life, showing that lasting impact begins with an inner shift—and spreads from there.

WEEK 4 – ORGANIZATION CHANGE

Week 4 explores how real change happens within organizations. Through inspiring interviews with leaders like Lorna Davis, Tony Wilkins, Carla Kupe, Kevin Gleason, and Andrew, you’ll discover how inner shifts—like embracing interdependence, equity, and clarity—lead to healthier, more impactful workplaces. This week reveals that lasting organizational change starts with mindset, not strategy.

WEEK 5 – SYSTEMS CHANGE

In Week 5, we zoom out to explore systems change—without losing sight of the human mind at the core. Through stories from leaders in justice reform, education, conservation, and beyond, you’ll see how lasting change starts within individuals and ripples out. This week reveals that even the biggest systems shift when people reconnect to their innate clarity, resilience, and shared humanity.

WEEK 6 – OVERCOMING OBSTACLES

Week 6 is all about facing obstacles—like difficult people, uncertainty, and burnout—with clarity and calm. You’ll learn how slowing down, trusting your inner wisdom, and letting go of overthinking can lead to faster, more meaningful progress—even in the messiest moments.

WEEK 7 – BRINGING IT ALL TOGETHER

This week’s session will feature online contents bringing together everything we’ve learned into an applicable and sustainable approach to accelerating change. You’ll reflect, integrate, and apply everything you’ve learned into a clear, sustainable approach to creating change—from the inside out.
